Members of Redmond Historical Society are united behind our mission to preserve and share Redmond's heritage.
As a non-profit organization, memberships and donations are vital to helping preserve and share Redmond’s history. Becoming a member of the Redmond Historical Society means helping save the history and narrative of Redmond from getting lost. As the city of Redmond grows and develops, understanding its roots are important to increase awareness of what shaped the town to what it is today.
The funds raised are used towards heritage displays in public spaces, saving records, hiring speakers, special projects, and financing the organization as a whole. Most of the work is done by volunteers who choose to devote their time to preserving the archives and images that define the town we see today.
